Summer Camp First Aider Position Available
SUMMER CAMP
FIRST AIDER POSITION AVAILABLE
If you are looking for the opportunity to make a difference in a child’s experience at summer camp; you would like the challenge of managing medication dispersal, record keeping, caring for ill and responding to injured campers. Then this job opportunity just may be for you.
We are looking for an individual who is:
- Willing to learn and grow.
- Must have minimum of Standard First Aid and Basic Rescuer CPR
- Students in EMT, Nursing, or other related fields are an asset.
- Willing to assist in CampPrograms
- Willing to deal with sick/injured children with caring and compassion.
- Would be in charge of record keeping and reports related to medications and first aid monitoring and incidents.
- Willing to get a class 4 license.
- Would like to work in a beautiful foothill setting with a great view of and access to the mountains west of Rocky Mountain House, AB.
We are offering:
- Every weekend off, pay for certain certifications, end of summer bonus, and meals included at work!
- To work in a fun and rewarding atmosphere.
- Salary: $9.00/hr - $10.00/hr
- Start Date: June 23, 2008

Summer Camp Counsellor Position Available
LOOKING FOR A CHANCE OF A LIFETIME JOB?
CampAlexo is seeking motivated and energetic individuals for our summer program.
- If you are aged 18 or older. You can be in Post-Secondary education or returning, but this is not required.
- If you have a passion to work with kids aged 7-17 years, and hopefully experience in this area.
- If you want to challenge and learn more about yourself.
- If you have or are willing to get your First Aid and CPR (we offer a course), and a class 4 drivers license.
- People who can complete the agency enrollment process before employment commence (Police Check, interview, references, etc)
- If you are willing to work a Monday to Friday work week out at CampAlexo, Nordegg, AB
- Other certifications or qualifications are an asset (Wilderness First aid, canoe instructor certification, class 2 license, etc)
We are offering:
- 9-week Counselor Positions: that will take part in activities such as canoeing, crafts, hiking, over night out trips, campfires, and many other activities while supervising the campers and being fully active participants in the camp’s programs.
- Every weekend off, pay for certifications, end of summer bonus, and meals included at work!
- To work in a fun and rewarding out door atmosphere.
- Salary: $9.00/hr - $10.00/hr
- Start Date: June 23, 2008
