Over 1 million people are victimized by crime in Canada each year. The Big Country Victim Services Association is a non-profit, RCMP, and Alberta Justice supported organization dedicated to assisting these victims.

Working out of the RCMP detachments in Drumheller, Hanna, and Oyen the BCVSA serves the rural communities north to Byemoor, west to Rockyford, south to Jenner, and east to the Saskatchewan border.
