Congratulations to volunteers who organized the Relay for Life. This year $63, 436 was raised!
The Hanna S.P.C.A. Pet Rescue & Shelter finally has a home! They are going to be moving into the old Valley Vet Clinic right away and now need volunteers and lots of them. If you or anyone you know would be interested in volunteering in some capacity, please feel free come to the old clinic this Monday the 29th at 7 pm. This will be a general meeting to see what type of support there is from the public and for you to let the SPCA know in what way you are willing to help. They are going to also need supplies, so feel free to bring down any gently used kennels, pet beds, dishes, towels, as well as food, litter and other supplies. You are also encouraged to bring a friend. Please RSVP to Chara Gooding (info@hannaspca.com) by this Sunday so she knows how many to expect. Also, you will want to bring your own chair:-).
